McHugh-Powers UC, LLC is a partnership made up of James McHugh Construction Co. and Powers & Sons Construction Company, Inc. Both firms are family-owned and local to the communities to which they serve. Powers & Sons is a third-generation, family-owned MBE-certified construction firm.
